- Approve guide and review engineering designs calculations and design development to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
- Interpret engineering drawings specifications scopes and manage scope variations with supporting documentation
- Oversee drafting deliverables and provide technical direction to the design team
- Develop and approve technical documentation material take-offs scopes of work and equipment specifications
- Evaluate vendor tenders coordinate inter-discipline technical integration and ensure engineering outputs align with scope cost and schedule
- Minimum 15 years post-graduate experience in a senior mechanical engineering role
- Registered ECSA Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist
- Strong technical aptitude with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary coordination and mentor engineers-in-training
- Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality engineering outputs within budget and schedule constraints
- Minimum BEng / BSc in Mechanical Engineering
