Role Summary
The Manager R2R & Intercompany CoE is responsible for leading the combined R2R and Intercompany teams to deliver an efficient well controlled month end close accurate financial reporting and standardized global intercompany processes. This role ensures data integrity strong governance and continuous improvement across the financial close cycle and intercompany operations.

Primary focus: End-to-end process health and outcomes

BPO - Execution Arm
Primary focus: Operational execution
Success measure: Timely accurately compliant execution
Intercompany CoE Leadership
Oversee the end-to-end intercompany process: recording matching reconciliation
Ensure timely intercompany settlements/netting and minimize out of balance and aging items
Lead root cause analysis and sustainable remediation for recurring IC differences
Maintain and enforce global IC policies procedures and operating standards
Partner with business units and shared services to improve intercompany accuracy
Support audit requests related to intercompany and close activities
Controls Governance & Quality
Maintain strong internal controls across R2R and intercompany processes
Support internal/external audits and manage remediation of findings
Implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor close performance and IC health
Support transformation initiatives automation and system enhancements
People & Stakeholder Leadership
Lead coach and develop team members across both functions
Foster a culture of collaboration problem solving and continuous improvement
Act as escalation point for operational issues and cross functional dependencies
Partner closely with shared services and global process owners leveraging technology
