Job Summary
An expression of interest is sought for a dedicated and reliable individual who is committed to providing effective administrative support within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Calvary North Adelaide Hospital.
We are seeking someone with strong attention to detail with the ability to plan prioritise and organise their work load. The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve quality service outcomes.
This is a permanent part time position reporting to the Clinical Manager ICU. The successful candidate will be flexible with work days with the ability to work full time when required.
Duties include:
- Maintain accurate and effective record management systems IPM & ANZICS data base
- Maintain SMO/Coord/Exec On Call Rosters
- Typing of Meeting Minutes and Agendas
- Maintain Billing & Admission data spreadsheet
- Fund Check retrieve and prepare notes for fast track admissions
- Filing
- Case note sequencing
- Order and maintain supply stock for the unit
What you will bring:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to multi task
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond to short deadlines
- Proficient in IPM
- Ability to work in close proximity to Medical Scenarios
