AmLaw 50 firm seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate Practice Group in Dallas.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 35 years of experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate and financing transactions across a variety of asset classes including mixed-use office multi-family retail hospitality and resort properties.
The Role
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements leases licenses and easements
Handle loan agreements and other real estate financing documents
Advise on development-related agreements CC&Rs and property management agreements
Support complex commercial real estate transactions across diverse asset types
Collaborate directly with partners and clients on high-value matters
Ideal Background
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
35 years of commercial real estate and financing experience
Strong drafting and negotiation experience across real estate transaction documents
Experience with real estate development or joint venture work a plus
Strong academic credentials
Excellent writing and communication skills
Positive attitude strong interpersonal skills and exceptional work ethic
Admitted in Texas or eligible for admission
