Work closely with credit and underwriting teams to move deals from commitment to funding.
Assist in resolving broker issues while respecting internal roles and processes.
Share broker insights and competitive intelligence with internal partners.
- 4. Stay Organized & Support Operational Excellence
Capture and maintain broker interaction notes updates and key insights.
Submit accurate and timely sales and activity reporting.
Maintain broker records rate updates and assist as needed with internal operational requests.

Participate in industry events broker trainings and special sessions as needed.
