Responsibilities
Perform repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment to identify issues
Diagnose maintain and repair automotive systems including engines transmissions electrical systems steering suspension brakes and air conditioning
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding additional repair needs and estimated completion times
Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Prior Service Technician experience preferred but not required
Vocational or technical training preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn new technologies procedures and manufacturer specifications
Valid drivers license
Compensation: Pay is based on experience and certifications.
