The Catholic School of Saint Agnes Parish () has two campuses. Students from infant through Grade 8 are housed at the Saint Agnes School Campus and students in the Bridge Academy through Grade 12 are housed at the Arlington Catholic High School Campus. We are seeking a full-time Director of Campus Ministry at Arlington Catholic High School for the 2026-2027 school year. This person will continue the successes of the current program and continue programmatic expansion while honoring the work of the Sisters of Saint Joseph in our school.Director of Campus MinistryThe Director of Campus Ministry is a key member of the staff at Arlington Catholic High School. This position works closely with the Chaplain and reports to the Associate Head of School the Principal/Head of School and the Job Responsibilities:Ensure that all aspects of school life adhere to Catholic teaching and the Schools connection to and legacy and charism of the Sisters of Saint JosephDevelop and coordinate student retreat experiences at the Upper School (one retreat per grade per year)Develop and coordinate student service opportunities at the Upper SchoolOversee and track student service hours at the Upper SchoolCoordinate liturgical celebrations and other spiritual opportunities (confession adoration etc) for the Upper School with the Chaplain Director of Liturgy and Music DepartmentTrain and coordinate with the Chaplain lectors altar servers and Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion for school LiturgiesProvide spiritual opportunities to families and staff especially during the Lent and Advent seasonsPlan in collaboration with the faculty committee and priests the annual faculty retreatAssist the Saint Agnes School staff as needed with service projects retreats Liturgy and other spiritual opportunitiesAssist the administration in promoting the School to prospective families and the wider communityTeach a maximum of two courses Is a visible presence at school eventsAssumes other duties as assignedQualifications:Masters Degree preferredPracticing Catholic with an active sacramental life and knowledge of current Catholic liturgical theology and least 3 years experience in youth ministry pastoral ministry theology or religious studies is preferred.
