Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business objectives.
Define brand positioning target audience and value proposition.
Conduct market analysis competitive benchmarking and consumer insights review. Monitor brand health metrics and recommend corrective actions.
2. Campaign & Communication Management
Lead development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (ATL BTL Digital). Work closely with agencies to develop compelling brand messaging.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all channels.
Track and evaluate campaign performance (ROI reach engagement conversion).
3. Innovation & Product Management
Identify opportunities for new product development and line extensions.
Lead product launches from concept to commercialization.
Collaborate with R&D production procurement and sales for seamless execution.
4. Financial & Budget Management
Manage brand P&L responsibilities (where applicable).
Develop and monitor marketing budgets.
Analyze sales data profitability and marketing effectiveness.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales Finance Supply Chain and Operations to drive execution.
Support trade marketing initiatives and distributor engagement activities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Market share growth
- Revenue and profitability targets
- Brand awareness & equity scores
- Campaign ROI
- Successful product launches
- Budget adherence
Program Requirements:
- ./HND in Marketing Branding or other relevant business-related disciplines
- 3-4 years Experience in reputed good organizations or has been through MTP in a reputed organization.
- Management/Professional certification
- Graduate degree (MSc/MBA) from a reputable business school (an added advantage)
- Completed NYSC
- Maximum age of 27 years
- CV must contain comprehensive and relevant information about the applicant
