Learn more: Role Were looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join our team and deliver exceptional support to our partners. Youll be a go-to expert for Microsoft 365 and Azure helping customers resolve issues and get the most from our services.

What Youll Do

  • Provide technical support via phone email and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Guide customers through service configurations
  • Document issues accurately in our ticketing system
  • Mentor Level 2 advisors and share knowledge across the team
  • Contribute to projects and occasional training sessions

What Were Looking For

  • College diploma (or equivalent) in IT or Computer Science
  • 13 years in technical support and customer service
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • IT certifications are a plus
  • Able to work from the office 3 days per week (Dublin 12)
