The Priory Learning Trust is looking to recruit a Teacher of Design and Technology to work at our Priory Community School An Academy. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional looking to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the further development of the subject.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and inspirational Design and Technology Teacher to join our successful friendly hard working and supportive Design and Technology team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the further development of the subject. You will have the opportunity to teach across the full age and ability range. Working as part of a team delivering KS3 schemes of learning in Product Design Engineering CAD. An ability to teach KS3 Food would be desirable but not essential.
The faculty is well supported and students opting to take a D&T subject at KS4 is strong. The subject is well resourced with modern accommodation and equipment including a laser cutter 3D printers.
It is an exciting time to join the team as we develop our vocational KS4 curriculum further with the introduction of vocational Construction award. An ability to teach either D&T / Engineering / Construction at KS4 would be desirable.
