Job Summary

Production Engineer (Rolling & Extrusion/Pilger/Contact wire & RBD) - 4-6 Yrs Exp

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Engineer with a specialization in Rolling and Extrusion processes to join our manufacturing team in Sikar Rajasthan. This is a full-time long-term position for a highly professional individual.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize rolling and extrusion production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and project timelines.
Monitor production equipment troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and quality control standards.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve process capabilities.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Train and mentor junior production staff on best practices and operational procedures.
Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods related to rolling and extrusion operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (.) degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in a production engineering role with a strong focus on Rolling and Extrusion processes.
Proven expertise in managing and optimizing rolling and extrusion machinery.
Solid understanding of manufacturing principles quality control and safety protocols.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and technical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in relevant manufacturing software and systems.
