Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data operatorto join our team. The ideal candidate will be a power user of Microsoft Excel capable of transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity creating complex reporting structures and streamlining data workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Data Manipulation: Extract clean and organize large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Advanced Reporting: Design and maintain automated dashboards and reports using Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts to track KPIs.
Complex Modeling: Utilize advanced formulasincluding VLOOKUP HLOOKUP INDEX/MATCH and XLOOKUP-to merge datasets and perform deep-dive analysis.
Data Visualization: Translate complex findings into easy-to-interpret visual formats for stakeholders and executive leadership.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual data entry tasks and improve reporting efficiency using Excel macros or Power Query.
Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits of data to ensure one version of the truth across all departmental reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Expert Excel Proficiency: This is a core requirement. You must be comfortable with:
- Lookup Functions: Seamlessly pulling data across different sheets and workbooks
- Summarization: Building dynamic Pivot Tables with calculated fields and groupings
