Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to existing customers for cross-selling personal loan products.
Explain product features eligibility and benefits to customers.
Handle customer queries effectively and maintain a positive relationship.
Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
Maintain and update customer details and sales records in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth disbursement and post-sales follow-up.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Experience: Freshers to 5 years of sales experience will be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Up to 32 years.
Language Skills: Local language fluency is mandatory. Basic English/Hindi preferred.
Salary : 13k to 18k local conveyance of 3k
Other Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales and fieldwork (where applicable).
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and driving license are mandatory
