- Drive the execution of the project at the specific assigned sites.
- Finalize the storage space and arrange for safe unloading and safe keeping of the material at site.
- Inspect and certify items arriving at site highlight mismatch of items and send the damage reports if any to Head Office.
- Prepare detailed schedule from Bill Of Quantities.
- Finalize erection scheme and bar chart for execution of erection of equipment in consultation with client and supplier.
- Track insurance coverage and adherence to safety protocol by all manpower hired by external service provider.
- Ensure whether adequate safety precautions are being taken by external provider or not.
- Monitoring the work progress as per schedule and update bar chart.
- Timely submission of progress reports attendance reports A/cs fund requests.
- Share progress reports and other site updates with the management.
- Carry out testing commissioning and handover of the equipments at the sites.
- Float enquiries for local material / service purchasing if required.
- Evaluate the performance of external providers prepare evaluation reports.
- Collect supply/erection payments as and when required.
- Attend coordination meetings with site manager and project management team.
- Regularly interact with client / consultants / subcontracts regarding the requirements of the project.
