Job Description:

Vetriforge Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced Duck Creek Technical Lead / Architect to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and supporting Duck Creek Policy solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work closely with Application Development leadership to create specifications designs and implementations of Duck Creek Policy-focused technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and deliver enhancements and upgrades to Duck Creek Policy systems based on business and IT priorities.
Partner with architects and developers to build integrations with the Duck Creek Policy system ensuring solutions are loosely coupled scalable and resilient.
Provide guidance on scoping estimation and implementation of enhancements and support activities.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes tools and methodologies such as Microservices Architecture CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Work closely with the QA team to identify troubleshoot and resolve defects and bugs.
Maintain high standards in code quality security performance and release automation.
Monitor enterprise technical systems to ensure performance and proactively troubleshoot issues.
Investigate and resolve complex production issues and provide effective technical solutions.
Perform additional technical responsibilities as required.

Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 4 years of experience with Duck Creek Policy configuration upgrade and support.
At least 3 years of experience in a Technical Architect or Technical Lead role.
3 years of professional development experience in Duck Creek C# .NET CBO Author and ManuScript.
Experience working in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
3 years of experience in software architecture and design.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS GCP Azure or similar.
Experience working with open-source frameworks.
Strong ability to debug Duck Creek components especially Rating Forms and Business Rules.
Strong analysis estimation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration (with technology focus) or a related field.
Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
