Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges.- Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress and outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.- Strong understanding of stakeholder management and communication strategies.- Ability to analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies.- Experience in resource allocation and team management.
