We are seeking a Memory Characterization Engineer with hands-on experience in simulation timing/power analysis and characterization of custom memory IPs such as SRAM and ROM. The role involves generating and validating multiple timing/power views performing statistical analysis and supporting automation of characterization flows.
2. Key Responsibilities-
Perform characterization of custom memory IPs such as SRAM and ROM

Measure and validate timing leakage and power parameters
-
Generate memory views including .lib .db CCS models
-
Execute quality checks and validation of generated characterization views
-
Perform statistical analysis of characterization databases
-
Run mixed-signal simulations using tools such as FineSim / PrimeSim
-
Automate repetitive tasks using Perl Python TCL or Shell scripting
-
Collaborate with design layout and CAD teams for model validation
-
Support timing sign-off and deliver accurate characterization data
-
4 6 years of experience in memory characterization
-
Experience working on SRAM / ROM characterization flows

Strong understanding of timing and power analysis concepts

Experience generating standard timing/power views for ASIC flows

Hands-on exposure to industry-standard EDA tools
