What awaits you/ Job Profile

Expert DevOps Engineer specializing in Jenkins& GitHub CI/CD:

We are seeking a highly skilled Jenkins and GitHub CI/CD Engineer to design build and maintain robust build and deployment pipelines. The role focuses on full build lifecycle management automation and integration using Jenkins and GitHub.
Experience with AWS cloud services is an added advantage.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline development version control workflows and automation with exposure to cloud environments and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD & Build Engineering

• Design develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Implement full build and deployment workflows (build test package deploy).
• Manage Jenkins jobs shared libraries and pipeline as code (Jenkinsfile).
• Integrate pipelines with GitHub repositories and branching strategies.
• Optimize build performance and reliability.

Automation & Configuration

• Automate build and deployment processes using shell scripting Groovy Ansible or PythonGF1.
• Implement quality gates (unit tests static code analysis security scans).
• Manage secrets and credentials securely in pipelines.

Source Control & Collaboration

• Maintain and enforce GitHub workflows PR reviews and branch protection rules.
• Support developers with build issues and pipeline failures.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline CI/CD processes.

Cloud & Deployment (Plus Skill AWS)

• Deploy applications to AWS environments (EC2 ECS EKS S3 Lambda as applicable).
• Integrate Jenkins pipelines with AWS services.
• Work with IAM roles S3 artifacts and CloudWatch logs for deployments.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Monitor pipeline health and build success rates.
• Troubleshoot build failures dependency issues and environment problems.
• Improve pipeline resilience and recovery mechanisms.

What should you bring along

Expected skill Sets and experience that the candidates should bring along.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins (Pipeline Groovy Jenkinsfile)
• Strong experience with GitHub (repos branches PRs GitHub Actions optional)
• Build tools: Maven Gradle Ant or similar
• Scripting: Shell / Bash / Python
• Experience with full CI/CD lifecycle (build test deploy)
• Good understanding of version control strategies (Git trunk-based)
• Experience in Linux environments

• Ability to work independently and within a team in an agile environment.

Must have technical skill

• Experience in automotive related tools and practices.
• Certifications in AWS Kubernetes or Terraform are a plus.

• AWS experience (EC2 S3 IAM ECR ECS/EKS CloudWatch)
• Docker and basic Kubernetes knowledge
• Terraform or infrastructure automation exposure
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and application deployment

• Disaster Recovery: Experience in creating disaster recovery plans
