Job Description
The Clinical Sample Analysis Specialist II performs and interprets complex and routine laboratory analyses ensures data integrity and supports clinical research programs while mentoring team members and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This position is based in our office in central Uppsala.
A Day in the Life:
- You will design execute troubleshoot and document laboratory experiments with quality and speed.
- Prepare antibodies antigens and biological samples.
- Run PEA workflows with qPCR readouts.
- You will analyze and visualize complex data convert findings into clear recommendations and communicate results to cross-functional partners.
- Contributing to an inclusive learning-focused team that values initiative scientific excellence and impact.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2 years of relevant laboratory experience (or equivalent combination of education training and experience).
Key Skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational communication and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced regulated environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
Work Environment
- Laboratory and/or clinical setting with standard PPE requirements.
- Exposure to biological materials and laboratory equipment.
- Occasional travel may be required.
