Business unit Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers (BUGPHE) is a global andworld leadingmanufacturer of gasketed plate heat exchangers. The business and organization cover the complete value chain from Sales and Service Research & Development Product management Marketing and Operations. It is close to 1 billion in size with main footprints in Sweden ChinaIndiaand United States and with a total workforce of above 1500 employees globally.

About the role

BU GPHEis looking for an experiencedstrategicand globalHR Businesspartner (HRBP)to be part of our growth and transformational journeyto be thetransition leader in heat transfer.Your leadershipwill be critical in achieving our goals andmaintainingour position as an industry and market leader.In thisroleyou will be responsible together with your HRmanagement teamfor drivingthe transformation journey bytranslating business goals topeoplesagenda. You will becontributingbyincreasing efficiency up skillingandbuildingour futureleadership asourBUgrows.

Key responsibilities for this role entail:

  • Strategic Partnership:Act as a strategic& trustedbusiness partner tothemanagement team.You areshaping and driving the business units strategy transformation and commercialobjectivesas part of the leadership teamwhilst translating the key businessprioritiesinto a highly relevant people plan and keyinitiatives.

  • Organizational Development:Lead organizational design workforce planning and leadership/team development to ensure future capabilities align with business goals.

  • Leadership & Succession:Develop diverse leadership talent and build a robust succession pipeline to supportthegrowth strategy.

  • People Development:Identifycritical competencies andfacilitatetargeted development solutions for the organization.

  • Culture & Engagement:Promote company culture enhance employee engagement and drive a positive employee experience.

  • Change Management:Act as a change agent supporting transformational initiatives and continuous improvement.

  • Manager Coaching:Advise and coach managers tooptimizeperformance talent management and data-driven decision making.

  • HR Collaboration:Leverage HR processes and the operating model to improve organizational performance in close partnership with business leaders and the HR community.

You will be based in Lund and report to thePresidentof Business Unit Gasket Plate Heat Exchangers. You will be part of the Energy Division HR Management teamreporting dotted line to the HR VicePresident Energy Division.

Whatyouknow

You hold a bachelors or masters degree in business management Economics Human Resources or a related discipline and bring extensive experience as a Strategic HR Business Partner withinan international industrial and matrix organization. You have successfully led comprehensive peoples agendas across diverse functions including Operations Sales R&D and other areasat an international scale.

You have a strongtrack recordof driving change and scalable transformation initiatives across regions translating business strategy into actionable peoples strategies that deliver measurable performance outcomes. Your approach integrates workforce planning organizational design talent management and leadership development to enable sustainable growth and operational excellence. Youdemonstratehigh level communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex environments and foster alignment across regionsand functions. Fluency in written and spoken English isrequired.
