The role
The Strategic Planning & Business Development team within Viaplays Central Content division develops acquired content strategy for the Nordics and explores new commercial opportunities; turning performance insights market signals and business priorities into decisions that steer investments and growth.
Were looking for a Junior Strategic Project Manager in Stockholm. Youll work at the center of the acquired content business close to senior stakeholders and help drive structured analysis and clear recommendations. The output is often high-stakes and time-sensitive: executive-ready presentations sharp insights and well-run workstreams. This is a full-time on-site position reporting to the Head of Strategic Planning & Acquisition Lead.
This is a role for someone early in their career who enjoys a demanding pace learns fast and takes pride in producing high-quality work quickly.
What were looking for
We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and thats why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But in order to thrive in this role we do believe youll have at least some experience in the following:
1 year in management consulting (or similar high-performance environment) and/or equivalent experience through relevant internships
Proven ability to produce high-quality presentations fast (PowerPoint is a core tool for the job)
Strong analytical foundation and excellent Excel skills; comfortable with ambiguity and imperfect information
Structured problem-solver: you can frame questions define what matters and deliver an answer
Fast-learner: picks up new topics quickly and builds credibility through output
Reliable under pressure: calm driven and able to focus on the task at hand
Teamplayer with a hands-on mindset: you help where needed and take ownership of the final result
Clear communicator who can simplify complexity into decisions and comfortably present results to various stakeholders
Fluent in English and one Scandinavian language
