工作内容
1. 负责客户全球各区域亚太欧洲中东非美洲设计质量审核根据已颁布的客户各类型办公室的设计标准例行审视各区域项目的设计图纸质量包括平面规划质量安全动线是否合理各功能区面积数量是否合理材料应用是否合理等
2. 收集一线反馈问题结合例行设计审核总结规则和实际需求的偏差每月定期输出设计质量报告提供标准更新迭代的依据
3.海外餐厅厨房设计管理:基于海外餐厅设计标准参与餐厅平面和效果设计评审参与厨房产品线设计评审对厨房设备清单进行梳理迭代厨房设计标准
4.根据历史数据的总结和一线问题反馈进行数据收集和整理输出设计标准优化建议报告不断迭代规则要求满足区域的建设需求

岗位能力要求有相关设计管理经验熟练应用PPT和EXCEL等有较好英文能力高强度抗压能力
