Graduate/post graduate engineer with 4 years of experience in Mechanical/Electronics manufacturing technologies design principles and leadership skillset
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- As VECE Transitions Mech Design engineer you will address productivity through engineering changes Transitions & product teardown
- Work closely with business leaders to identify products for regional productivity and bring an impact on gross margin improvement
- Work with offering directors for competitive benchmarking and margin improvement areas
- Work on engineering changes Make Vs Buy analysis adopt Total cost modeling and report out the proposals.
- Ability to adopt the changes in requirements and make quick decisions excellent team handling abilities.
- Knowledge on manufacturing cost breakup should cost analysis material model overview global economic trends and ability to interpret the data for constructive discussion between supplier and cross functional teams
- Material selection based on durability and cost effectiveness drive process improvements knowledge on finishing process and optimization
- Knowledge of suppliers global footprints
- Analyze costs and develop strategies to improve cost-efficiency for both existing and new designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or its equivalent
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- Excellent project management communications and presentation skills.
