Technical Expertise:
- Lead the technical pre-sales process for complex deals acting as the solution architect for clients.
- Guide clients through their cloud adoption journey crafting creative solutions and advocating for their needs.
- Manage cross-functional teams to drive customer momentum and ensure successful implementations.
Strategic Growth and Customer Advocacy:
- Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders to understand business goals and create tailored roadmaps.
- Leverage customer insights to develop best practices and assets that accelerate cloud adoption across the company.
Customer Success and Mentorship:
- Plan and execute successful customer events and launches collaborating with support and engineering for seamless transitions.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior sales consultants fostering a strong knowledge base within the team.
Minimum qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering a related technical field or equivalent experience demonstrating strong technical knowledge.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles including:
- Interacting with executive stakeholders
- Leading or managing IT implementations transformations or initiatives
- Hands-on experience in public cloud migration
Skills:
- Excellent communication presentation problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience collaborating across internal and external teams including large enterprises.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese for effective customer engagement.
Preferred qualifications:
Collaboration and Partnerships:
- Proven ability to collaborate with channel partners systems integrators and third-party developers to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
Technical Depth:
- Experience with open-source solutions like Kubernetes Redis MongoDB Kafka and OpenSearch is a strong plus with a history of contributing to open-source projects being particularly valued.
- Possess in-depth knowledge in at least two of the following areas:
- GenAI
- LMOps /LLMOps
- IT operations/DevOps
- Database systems
- Networking
- Cyber Security
