How youll make an impact

1. You will support in Reliability Calculation and Test Planningon GCproductand other TC NASproductsprerequested and support wet capreliabilityprojectand GPSasexperiencedengineer.

2. You will conduct reliabilityanalysiscalculations and develop product reliability test plans andsupportin reliability testing.

3. You will optimizeproductreliabilityestablishtesting criteria and failure analysis and improvement.

4. You will participate in FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)identifykey failure modes and propose improvement plans.

5. You will usetestdata and simulation analysis tooptimizeproduct design and manufacturing processes enhancing product reliability.

6. You will collaborate with R&D testing and production teams to promote the application ofDesign forReliability (DFR) in product development and production process control.

7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold Masters degree or above in Reliability Engineering Electrical Engineering Materials Science Electronic Engineering or related fields.

2. Over 3 years of experience in reliability-related workis a plus with complete reliability testing project experience (such as accelerated life testing reliability prediction stress analysis etc.).

3. Experience in industries such as power electronics new energy (e.g. photovoltaics energy storage) or automotive electronicsisplus.

4. Proficient in statistical data analysis with preference for those skilled in using Minitabor relevant tools.

5. Self-motivatedstructuredand systematic thinking strong result-driven highqualityand high-speed player.

6. Strong interpersonal communication skill Fluent English.
