Maintenance - Millwright ApprenticeJob description: SofinaFoods in Hanover Ontario is seeking a Millwright either Apprentice or Licensed to join their Maintenance department on the night DUTIESTeardown and setup production equipment as needed includes completing changeovers as per production and solve various mechanical issues as they support to other maintenance staff including Electricians and Power regular routines without direct supervision. Advise Production or Maintenance Manager of any issues that could impact as an advisor to Machine Operators if non-mechanical issues Preventative and Predictive Maintenance tasks as per the companys extensive PM licensed must have 433A licenseExperience with fabricationExperience in the installation and repair of machines and equipment is an assetExperience in stainless steel fabrications and repair will be an assetCompetent communication skills both oral and writtenComputer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel Word etc.)Ability to work after-hours tasks and with minimum supervisionREGULAR HOURS OF WORKNight shift (10:00pm to 6:00am)Paid 30 min lunchCOMPENSATIONApprentice: $35.64/hour (33.79/hour 0.60/hour shift premium $1.25/hour weekly attendance incentive)Licensed: $42.76/hour ($40.91/hour $0.60/hour shift premium $1.25/hour weekly attendance incentive)Pension & BenefitsABOUT USSofina Foods is committed to Employment Equity and maintaining a diverse workforce.
