Job Summary:
The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and aligning data across multiple systems as part of a larger integration project. This includes reviewing and decommissioning inactive accounts validating and updating organization data and implementing a new indicator framework. The role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and experience working with complex software environments.

Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise and technical knowledge about applications operating systems devices and software to perform complex information management tasks.
- Input all completed work into a ticketed tracking system ensuring comprehensive documentation is completed per standard operating procedures and meeting privacy business legal and security requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical and data management issues at the customer account level.
- Analyze data and investigate data discrepancies to determine required data management changes executing changes within the systems on a record-by-record basis.
- Manage data across multiple systems ensuring all authorizations are in place business procedures are followed and privacy and security considerations are addressed.
- Attend all required training and team sessions to ensure knowledge is current and up to date.
- Analyze organization data and produce reports to determine the delta between systems to inform updates/scope required and then execute record by record updates to harmonize the data between systems.
- Manage inactive user/organization accounts analysis removing permissions/access and decommissioning as required.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- 5 years experience working in BMC Helix including custom-built modules reviewing updating and managing data along with ticketing and tracking of work.
- 5 years experience with identity management (i.e. Net IQ) managing data and permissions access and credentials of user accounts.
- 5 years experience with client management systems as well as custom-built software solutions to manage customer product and services data.
- 5 years hands-on experience managing data at the customer record level communicating with customers and highly developed analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to meet the highest standards of accuracy in following business practices information management and data governance rules and requirements.
