Job Summary
What Youll Do
Youll be the main coordination point between clients internal teams and field service staff.
- Support & Coordination
- Respond to client requests and manage support cases (warranty and non-warranty)
- Coordinate with Sales Customer Service and Finance to resolve issues
- Manage end-to-end complaint resolution
- Field Team Support
- Schedule field technicians for on-site visits and installations
- Coordinate timelines with internal teams and sales reps
- Approve timesheets and manage basic field inventory
A Day in the Life
Youll split your time between client support field scheduling and internal coordination.
Priorities shift quickly you stay organized responsive and solution-driven. Over time youll gain exposure to multiple departments and become a key player in daily operations.

- Clear communication and problem-solving mindset

Requirements:
- Bilingual (French & English) to support teams and clients across North America
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- ERP experience (asset training provided)
- Customer service or coordination experience (asset)
