Whats In It For You:
You will take on an interim finance leadership role during a defined transition period. The focus of the role is to keep existing finance operations running smoothly and accurately.
In addition to daytoday accounting oversight the role includes responsibility for maintaining clear communication with regional and global finance stakeholders. You will support the local team by providing structure guidance and clear documentation of existing processes.
You will work closely with local management while coordinating with overseas finance leaders to ensure reporting reviews and approvals continue without disruption.
This role requires onsite presence for effective collaboration with the local team. Candidates must be based locally.
Project Overview:
The organization is operating with a lean finance team following the departure of its senior finance leader and the temporary absence of another key finance role. Core finance activities are in place but there is a shortterm leadership and coordination gap.
The purpose of this interim role is to provide continuity in finance leadership ensure accuracy in accounting and reporting and reduce operational risk during this transition period.
A key outcome of the assignment is the stabilization of ongoing operations improved clarity in communication with regional stakeholders and the creation of clear and usable finance process documentation for the local team.
The role will be performed on an interim independent contractor basis.
