At CI were invested in your success from day one. We offer a competitive base salary with the potential to earn up to an additional $24000 annually through productivity based compensation. Our base productivity target is a very manageable 55% translating to just 22 client treatment hours per week. This is a notably lower expectation compared to the often higher productivity pressures in other settings providing you with unparalleled flexibility to determine your caseload size and prioritize your work-life balance in your professional practice. And for those driven to excel and increase their income our transparent productivity compensation system rewards higher productivity with substantial additional earnings.
