Medical Assistant Pop Health Specialist FT Draper

Granger Medical Clinic is looking for a Medical Assistant I to join our Draper location. The Medical Assistant I will assist the Population Health Manager with the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Medicare Advantage and Commercial insurance bonus this role you will show off your teamwork prioritization communication and organizational skills. You will maintain accurate spreadsheets and data reports assist in the development of workflow process and analyze clinical data for accuracy and HEDIS gap closures. Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills conflict resolution integrity empathy compassion patience.

• Experience with and proven ability to learn various software applications.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma REQUIRED
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology REQUIRED
• Medical Assistant Certification REQUIRED
• Familiarity with Pediatrics preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
