- Assist with releasing Remote Deposit Capture deposits and processing share draft returns and Fed Returns.
- Support the handling of encoding error disputes member affidavits and Pega service requests.
- Help with accounting adjustments and contribute to creating or updating procedures.
- Provide service research and support to members and DCU departments regarding share draftârelated inquiries.
- Observe and participate in answering incoming calls through department Hunt Lines in a professional manner.
- Gain exposure to crossâteam operations within Deposit Services by supporting other teams as needed.
