In this role you will be working as a Structural Engineer for a client in the Manufacturing Industry. This position will be responsible for reviewing and implementing structural designs that meet customer requirements.

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Requirements

BSME or BSMET
6 years of professional engineering experience
AUTOCAD and 3D modeling experience
Review structural design for compliance with UFC IBC ANCI and ASCE
Design structural systems to account for transport and seismic loads
Track schedules and budgets
Provide technical insight to the CAD design team
Create technical proposals and procurement specifications
Submit Engineering Change Proposals
Defense/DoD engineering experience preferred
