Responsibilities:

1. Primary responsibility of this role is to support Enterprise File Transfer Delivery Service including design and configuration for customer onboarding as well as product enhancements and maintenance.
2. This opportunity will allow you to work cross-functionally with Architects Engineers Business Analysts and Service Managers across multiple teams in a rapidly evolving environment from completing design documentation to consulting with other engineers and architects completing network and server build requests installing and configuring software among other things.
3. There are also opportunities to cross-train across multiple integration services using such technologies as IBM IIB and IIB MQ.
4. To be successful in this role you must be an organized self-starter with stellar leadership and communication skills who can work independently building relationships and driving technical solutions from inception to completion.
5. This position requires the candidate be technically savvy and have a proven ability to work well in a highly dynamic environment and maintain a strong relationship with our customers and partners.

Qualifications:

1. 5-10 years of Engineering experience from Design through the Build of technical solutions with minimum of 3 years of file transfer experience
2. Experience in testing and implementing managed file transfer solutions
3. Proven Knowledge of Axway Secure Transport admin and troubleshooting
4. Administrative experience with Connect Direct file transfer system on Unix and Windows platform
5. Knowledge of IBM Sterling File Gateway IBM Control Center (formerly Sterling Control Center) IBM Sterling Secure Proxy admin and troubleshooting
6. Experience using sftp and ftp protocols
7. Experience using security algorithms TLS and SHA-2
8. Understanding of security design for enterprise software systems
9. Professional customer-focused attitude at all times
10. Strong analytical collaboration leadership critical thinking multitasking and time management skills
11. Proven ability to write clear and concise technical documents including design documents specifications and technology roadmaps.
12. Ability to coordinate and work with diverse groups of subject matter experts
13. Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation
14. Ability to work effectively independently or in a team environment
15. Ability to influence successfully in a highly matrix or virtual organization
16. Demonstrates independent thinking and decision-making abilities
17. Ability to quickly receive and process information
18. Judgment to escalate risk based decisions appropriately Preferred Skills
19. Working knowledge or wiliness to learn IBM IIB MQ Mulesoft is a plus but not required
20. Experience in managing home grown File Transfer systems
21. Demonstrated technical expertise across a variety of technology platforms and solutions
22. Experience with and/or working knowledge of Business and
23. Understanding of file exchanges with Mainframe
24. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience
