Job Summary
The Brockton Public School District seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to work with students to provide consultative behavioral and evaluative services for prevention and intervention purposes in the school setting. The BCBA conducts systematic behavioral assessments including FBAs and provides behavior analytic interpretations of the results. The BCBA will collaborate and consult with other providers regarding behavior plans curriculum modifications accommodations and social skills and will develop review and edit IEP goals for behavior needs. BCBAs provide training modeling and coaching to school staff on the implementation of skill acquisition and behavior change procedures and protocols. BCBA is responsible for data collection and analysis as well as supporting teachers and staff with data collection
