Child Outpatient Program
Psychiatric and diagnostic evaluation and treatment is provided to children adolescents and families. Our child and adolescent offices are designated as Enhanced Care Clinics under Husky and offer integrated behavioral health services. Individual family treatment psychiatric evaluation medication management MATCH ARC and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) are available.
Killingly Public Schools
CHR is excited to announce we are partnering with Killingly Public Schools to provide individual family and group therapy to students in co-located sites across the district. Therapists in this role will have access to training in evidence-based therapy models such as MATCH-ADTC and TFCBT as well as clinical supervision and model consultation.
ABOUT THE POSITION: Clinical Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides case consultation direction and leadership within the team.
- Ensures clients receive services that are focused on presenting problems and clients request for treatment.
- Directs crisis intervention efforts and intervenes as required.
- Monitors client meetings admission continued stay and discharge criteria.
- Reviews caseloads regularly to ensure appropriate utilization of services.
- Oversees hiring training and performance management of staff within the program.
- Facilitates team meetings.
- Participates in internal and external meetings as needed by program and agency including delivering marketing training and case consultation services.
- Ensures client program and agency documentation and reports are completed in a timely manner and according to program agency funder and accreditation/licensing standards.
- Oversees the completion of chart audits and ensures that all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Acts as primary point person for program and provides back up or on call coverage as needed by program and agency.
- Ensures proper maintenance of vehicles/if applicable.
- Performs other duties as assigned. Provides clinical direction and leadership to the team fostering a collaborative and effective working environment in collaboration with their supervisor.
- Ensures the completion of insurance authorizations for services rendered as required.
- Actively participates in committees focused on service delivery and quality improvement within the agency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Masters or higher in mental health related field required.
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years experience as a clinician. Clinical supervisory experience required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: LCSW LPC LMFT or Licensed Psychologist required. For OTP programs only LADC can be substituted for LCSW LMFT LPC or Licensed Psychologist.
Training: Experience in related program service preferred

$62028.93/yr minimum and up commensurate upon experience
*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based off of relevant experience as well as adherence to our internal equity policy.
