Program Highlights & Benefits:
- Up to $10000/year in tuition support
- Funding available for:
- 1 year of prerequisites
- 2 years of Nursing program

Eligibility Criteria:
- Enrolled in nursing prerequisites oractively enrolled in a nursing program. *Must be a Mercy Hospital St Louis Caregiver*
Work & Commitment Requirements:
- Work a minimum of 16 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks) in a Patient Care Associate Nurse Tech or similar role (must be a hospital position)
- Must sign a contract agreeing to work 13 years at a Mercy facility of your choice after graduation
- Commitment length depends on the amount of financial support received
