- Join Databricks Global Events team as a Senior Specialist focusing on planning and executing high-profile events in a dynamic collaborative environment.
- Serve as a key member of the People Analytics team within the People (HR) organization driving technical and strategic initiatives.
- Automate recurring manual data requests by integrating disparate data sources into unified self-service BI tools enhancing decision-making speed and efficiency.
- Conduct complex research and analyses to predict workforce trends and recommend actions on topics such as hiring retention and employee engagement.
- Act as a consultant and enablement provider translating workforce data into actionable insights and building analytics capabilities among HR users.
- Heavily utilize Databricks tools (including Unity Catalog and AI/BI dashboards) as well as advanced BI tools like Tableau and PowerBI and apply strong SQL skills.
- Identify data gaps in operational processes propose effective solutions and ensure robust data governance and management.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders through both verbal and written channels.
