Responsibilities

Operate manual lathes and milling machines
Machine large parts to close tolerances
Hold total indicated runout (TIR) and straighten shafts to within 0.001 TIR
Read and interpret blueprints including GD&T
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards
Prioritize multiple jobs effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Strong manual machining experience (lathe & mill mastery required)
Ability to hold tight tolerances (0.001 TIR)
Blueprint and GD&T proficiency
Strong work ethic and reliability
Team-oriented mindset with a constructive attitude
