IT Project Manager IV ServiceNow Delivery
Location: Corning NY 14831 (Corning NY or Charlotte NC preferred; remote options in EST/CST considered)
Assignment: Through end of 2026 possible extension
Travel: Up to 25% with advance notice
Job Summary
Drive enterprise-scale ServiceNow platform implementations as a senior IT Project Manager within a global innovation leader. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions directly influencing business transformation and modern service delivery. This role demands proven ServiceNow deployment experience strong PMO leadership and expertise in Agile Scrum and product-centric methodologies. Candidates must exhibit hands-on delivery ownership risk management and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with compliance and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations ensuring delivery on scope schedule budget and quality objectives.
- Manage multiple ServiceNow modules (HRSD Finance workflows ITSM ITOM) and coordinate business technical and vendor teams.
- Drive transition from project-based to product-centric delivery models; manage roadmaps backlogs and continuous value delivery.
- Execute Agile and Scrum practices: facilitate sprint planning backlog refinement reviews and retrospectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans resource allocations and RAID logs; provide executive-level status reporting.
- Ensure delivery compliance with PMO governance enterprise standards and quality benchmarks.
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders product owners and technical stakeholders.
- Champion continuous improvement through retrospectives metrics and lessons learned.
Skills & Certifications
- 7 years IT project/program management (PMO environment)
- Direct ServiceNow implementation experience (within last 5 years)
- Active PMP certification (required: include certification number and dates)
- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- ServiceNow module expertise: HR Finance ITSM ITOM
- Experience with product-centric models
