Job Summary
100% remote - US based only.
Lead AI Engineer who has experience with architecture and design working w/ multiple engineering teams to design solutions to develop frameworks across a portfolio.
Must have healthcare industry experience.
Job Summary:
- Lead the architecture and design of AI solutions across multiple engineering teams and projects.
- Design develop and test full stack Python applications (frontend backend API).
- Build implement and define custom AI/ML models for data analytics prediction and forecasting.
- Design and deploy GenAI applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) in production environments.
- Develop and optimize document ingestion pipelines and document processing workflows leveraging vector databases such as MongoDB Atlas.
- Manage and coordinate development tasks collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle ensuring high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.
- Deploy and maintain AI applications on cloud platforms specifically Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Integrate AgenticAI and MCP technologies into AI solutions.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders providing clear updates and thorough documentation.
- Leverage extensive healthcare industry experience to ensure solutions align with industry needs and compliance.
- Utilize a strong background in data analytics (Python) and heavy data processing to drive decision-making and insights.
