Position Overview

We are seeking an RPA Developer specializing in UiPath to design develop and deploy automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processing across enterprise business functions. The selected candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable robotic process automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing unattended and attended bots integrating enterprise applications and maintaining automation workflows in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop test and deploy automation workflows using UiPath.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop reusable automation components and frameworks.
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Monitor bot performance and resolve production issues.
• Implement exception handling and logging mechanisms.
• Participate in automation lifecycle activities including design and deployment.
• Maintain technical documentation for automation solutions.
• Support bot scheduling monitoring and optimization activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts and infrastructure teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development.
• Experience developing attended and unattended bots.
• Knowledge of workflow automation and process orchestration.
• Experience integrating applications using APIs or databases.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Certification.
• Experience with OCR AI Center or Document Understanding.
• Experience working in enterprise or shared service environments.
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages.
• Experience supporting production automation environments.
