Job Summary
AWS DevOps Agent has launched and theres a lot of work ahead. Were looking for a Senior PMT who brings technical depth strong product instincts and genuine empathy for the DevOps practitioner experience. Youll work closely with customers and engineering to define and ship features that move organizations from reactive operations to proactive AI-driven reliability.

Key job responsibilities
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap for agentic AI solutions across the post-development SDLC
- Work backwards from customers to define and prioritize features that address real operational pain points
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions at pace with the technical depth to make good tradeoffs
- Support go-to-market activities including pricing packaging and launch coordination
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product decisions and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally across AWS teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment
A day in the life
On any given day you might be reviewing customer feedback from a recent incident response workflow writing a product requirements doc with engineering and joining a GTM sync to align on launch timing. You know the DevOps world the on-call rotations the observability gaps the pressure of a production deployment and that shapes how you think about the product. Youre comfortable going deep on details and communicating clearly to senior stakeholders. You use AI tools not just to move faster but to work differently.
About the team
Our team launched AWS DevOps Agent at re:Invent 2025 a frontier AI agent that autonomously investigates and prevents production incidents. Were a high-ownership high-velocity team operating in a space that is being defined in real time.

- BS degree in computer science engineering analytics mathematics statistics IT or equivalent
- 5 years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience
- 4 years of technical (software development network development IT other related) experience
- MBA
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
