Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidates placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call overtime premiums extra shift incentives or bonus opportunities.

Job Description
The float pool department plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and consistency of patient care across the hospital by providing a versatile and adaptable workforce. Float pool nurses are not simply valued they re invaluable providing crucial support to all acute care units experiencing temporary staffing shortages including boarders in the emergency department step down units med/surg telemetry units lock down psych long-term care and many more. This position provides nurses with variety excitement with an ever-changing work environment. Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

1 year Nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty unless otherwise indicated.
