CDL DRIVER

• Transport residents and perform community errands as assigned and ensure that all residents who use the transportation are returned safely to the building.
  
  Assist all residents in and out of the vehicle.
  
  Ensure all vehicle inspection tags license and insurance cards are current and displayed properly.
  
  Maintain clean appearance of the vehicle(s) by performing/scheduling regular interior/exterior cleaning.
  
  Respond immediately and appropriately to all accidents and emergencies.
  
  Report mechanical needs and repairs. Assist in coordination of necessary vehicle maintenance and repair service such as oil changes and tire rotations.
  
  Serve as activity/outing support as requested.
  
  Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents the preservation of equipment and the achievement of safe working practices.
  
  Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents visitors and co-workers.
  
  Adhere to all policies and procedures of Senior Lifestyle Corporation.
  
  Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Level of Formal Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of educational experience.
  Area of Study: N/A
  Years of Experience: Entry Level (0-3 years)
  Type of Experience: Driving
  Special Certifications: Valid Class B commercial license with passenger endorsement and/or CDL license according to state law.
  Language Skills: Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak read write and communicate with supervisors coworkers residents and applicable third parties.
