Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing process ensuring that all safety regulations are followed and monitoring the quality of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes and techniques and excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Essential functions and responsibilities:
Manage warehouse associates monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.
Plan work assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
Set warehouse and team goals with executive management and other team leads.
Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
Receive items through the LN process review contents and perform a count of items in shipment to reconcile against invoice or packing slip
Document all discrepant material and work with the Purchasing department to follow up with shippers
Maintain orderly documentation of materials in storage
Counting sorting and weighing all inbound goods and authenticating the receipt of the same in accordance with the shipping note
Inspecting the received goods and documenting any damages and discrepancies
Pull production kits of material from the warehouse
Perform cycle counts for inventory accuracy
Organizes warehouse material for ease of kitting
Manages the material on the shop floor to ensure kitting accuracy
Organizes incoming material to be stored in warehouse stock
Maintains and supports the 5S program in the warehouse
Works with management to prioritize order kitting
Success factors/job competencies:
MUST have manufacturing industry experience
MUST have ERP experience (ex: LN SAP Net Suite Oracle)
MUST have electronics experience
Excellent leadership skills including the ability to set goals motivate and manage conflict
Effective communication skills including writing speaking and active listening
Great interpersonal skills
Good project management skills including solid decision-making problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
Exceptional time management and organization skills
In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse
Familiarity with bookkeeping inventory control practices and logistics
Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications
Physical strength stamina and the ability to walk or stand for long periods
Attention to detail and accuracy
Possess good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Experience:
Electronics Manufacturing: 2 years (Required)
Physical demands and work environment:
While the regular working cycle of this job is usually 5 days on (Monday - Friday) 2 days off (Saturday and Sunday) working hours may vary.
This job may include working weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
May work overtime as required.

Physical demands: While performing duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to walk twist reach and/or pull material throughout the workday to be carried to different areas of the production floor. The employee is on their feet for the majority of the workday uses their hands at the workstation and frequently lifts to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Work environment: While performing duties of this job the employee works on the production floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
