Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format) Computer Operator
- Work 100% onsite covering night shifts weekends and holidays.
- Meet education and experience requirements:
- High School Graduate with 2 years experience or
- Higher Degree with 1 year of experience.
- Utilize technical skills including:
- Windows OS MS Office (Word Excel) Google Suite and SFTP.
- Track and escalate technical issues as needed; communicate effectively.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Perform accurate data entry and deliver customer service; learn new tools and applications as required.
- Sit at a desk for extended periods during shifts.
- Follow all Federal regulations State agency policies and operational procedures.
- Monitor application data updates and ensure successful completion of scheduled tasks.
