Pay Rate:

Local RN: $58/hr.

RN Travel with housing: $43/hr

RN Travel No Housing split: $25/hr. taxable $1260 non taxable weekly stipend (25/35)

Responsibilities and Duties

Assess patient needs create implement and monitor individualized care plans and manage care from admission to discharge.
Serve as the primary liaison between patients families physicians and insurance providers to ensure informed high-quality care.
Record detailed medical updates manage insurance claims and ensure compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.
Arrange for post-discharge services such as home health medical equipment or rehabilitation.
Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses treatment options and medication management.
Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans to optimize results and minimize unnecessary costs.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
RN NY In good standing
Familiarity with medical software and equipment
Ability to build rapport with patients
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
