Job Summary (List Format): Senior Lead Developer/ETL Developer III
- Serve as a senior IT contractor with 10 years experience specializing in PowerShell automation SQL Server SSIS and application development.
- Develop maintain and optimize PowerShell scripts for 60 automation workflows ensuring robust infrastructure and data processes.
- Design implement and tune SQL Server databases including writing advanced T-SQL optimizing performance and managing data models.
- Create manage and scale SSIS packages for efficient ETL (Extract Transform Load) operations across multiple integrated systems.
- Contribute to backend application development focusing on systems integration and automation enablement.
- Mentor technical leads and team members to promote code quality system transparency and operational excellence.
- Lead technical documentation efforts producing:
- Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) for data models and schema structures.
- Comprehensive workflow and dependency maps for PowerShell scripts.
- System design documents deployment guides process diagrams and support runbooks.
- Enforce and promote documentation standards to support future scalability and maintainability.
- Analyze decode and document undocumented PowerShell scripts and legacy systems for clarity and long-term support.
- Utilize strong technical writing skills to deliver clear maintainable workflow and data model documentation.
- Demonstrate leadership in both technical delivery and knowledge transfer to ensure effective team collaboration and supportability.

- Technical documentation creation for workflows processes and dependencies.
