About the job:

We are seeking an experienced ETL Architect specializing in Informatica and DataOps to drive the design and development of data warehouse systems. The role involves leading teams in delivering high-quality implementations designing holistic solutions and ensuring innovation in design leveraging the latest best practices in data warehouse data analytics and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements holistically and lead discussions for clarity.

Design comprehensive system architectures and get stakeholder sign-offs.

Engage with customers throughout the project lifecycle from requirements to delivery.

Leverage the latest best practices in data warehouse analytics and cloud solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.

Ensure quality and best practices are consistently met across all projects.

Provide RFP response architecture designs and answer technical queries.

Occasional travel to client and partner locations.

Optimize Snowflake at both warehouse and database levels.

Required Skills & Experience:

15 years of experience in architecting and designing data warehouse systems at an enterprise scale.
At least 5 years of experience in building end-to-end data warehouse systems using SQL Server Analysis Services and Power BI.
Hands-on experience with the latest data platform features and leading technical teams.
Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica Netezza DataStage and SSIS.
Strong SQL and scripting skills.
Experience in managing technical teams and delivering large-scale solutions.
Excellent communication skills to interact with US clients and stakeholders.
Experience in the Insurance domain and knowledge of relevant regulatory compliance.
